I called Ameri Air out because my secondary line was dripping. After taking quite some time, the licensed contractor finally found that the primary line was in the upstairs bathroom. He pulled some stuff out and then poured some water through and said the job was done. Well 10 hours later my drip line began dripping again and I called them the next morning. I did not get a call back until late the next day. In the mean time, I called another company and they fixed the problem. The drain line had never been fully cleared and the trap was still full of crap. When I called Tony, to get a refund he said that it can get trapped again and that if I let them do the job again it would be fine. He kept saying it is only $80 ma'am.....BUT if it is only $80 then why not refund the money when the job was not done right.

I'm delighted to have come across Mr. Chapman's business online. One of my a/c units was not working and was making a loud screeching noise. I called Mr. Chapman to schedule an appointment and he was able to accommodate my very early appointment request.

He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and make the repair as well as complete my last minute request to perform routine maintenance on both of my a/c units.
