I tried calling to make appointments with no luck with them getting back to me or picking up the phone. I was only able to see Davidas once my getting a walk-in right when they opened.

I went because my ears were bothering me, he prescribed ear drops and said to come back if they dont solve the problem. They dont solve the problem and I come back only to see a sign saying he went on vacation with the date the office is open again, so I wait only to see a new sign saying he will be gone longer, I wait only to have the lady at the desk tell me I have to make an appointment for the next week, So I tell her what medical group I have and ask for a list of urgent care centers I can go to. Her list was either outdated or wrong, I went all across San Bernardino only to find they dont cover the medical group.

To make things worse, once I found a place the medical group was contracted with they couldnt help because they need doctor permission, which they can't get because Davidas' office doesn't pick up their phone.

By the time my insurance could basically bypass my doctor to get me help about a month of my ear problem has transpired. Once I managed to go to an urgent care they were able to fix my ear problems they did a hearing test to find I lost song hearing in one ear.

Overall, this was the absolute worst experience with a doctors office Ive ever had. Also their online system is broken and completely useless, it cant be used to contact the doctor or make appointments like its supposed to.

My advice is to stay away, their essential lack of phone or any forms of contact cuts you off from just about all medical services your insurance gives you. Not even the insurance company could get a hold of them.
