    Not dependable at all...they set up an appointment at a certain time, and even though customer waited a whole day for them to come, and they never showed up after customer called and called and they wouldn't even answer the calls or the text messages...and it wasn't just one time but 2 times or 2 weekends straight..i will never use them or recommend them at all....

    We had an appointment for 2:00 on June 18 to have our tank pumped. She never showed, but worse than that never took a minute to text or call to let us know she would not make it. Obviously our time does not matter! In any case I will never use Neighborhood pumping.
