I have rented out a storage unit twice here in the past two yrs and my experience has been great! Not only is it a great location but the staff especially Kaytlin has been helpful and very nice!

Second review of this facility. My first review was taken down not sure why but this review is identical. After my storage unit was broken into in a hall way that had "no cameras" apparently this is the only hallway without cameras. Either convenient or know internal knowledge. The District Manager then gave me no empathy or help cause we did not buy the insurance. So last month I cancel gave proper notice for confirmation and cleared storage out by the agreed upon time. Because one lock was left on they want to charge you a whole full month. Not a prorated amount or a fee to cut the lock off but a full month which is $15-$20 a month above most self storage companies. Again, there are too many competitors out there to waste your money on this location and to have an area "without cameras" is above and beyond a reason not to spend your money here.
